Myopia in children ...

Today, there are more children with myopia, that we had some years ago ... it will be because prior to the modern age, children and youth, spent more time outdoors? We used to enjoy the open spaces, we looked to objects that were far away, as in the countryside, beach, etc .... the daylight may have helped much to the sight ...

Do you know why?  I give you something to think about and to investigate for the moment ... turns out that according to studies done by scientific specialists in this topic, if a child, a teenager spends at least four hours outdoors in the day, the development of myopia was significantly reduced ...

the effect of being outdoors in open wide space, not closed, is of tremendous benefit to the eyes of our child, and why not also for adults ... there are certain exercises you can do about the issue, outdoors, with a nice sunny day, that can help further reducing the myopia ...

and other eye problems ... but always the sound advice: go to the optometrist, an qualified ophthalmologist ... although sometimes you run into professionals that adhere to the old, to traditional, and do not want to accept new ideas or investigate for themselves ... thankfully, they are not all ... we'll talk about it, when I write about glaucoma, which is what got me to the very edge of the blindness ... it may well be that the current way of life influences the increase in cases of myopia ...

for example, television, especially with cable, or wireless, which increases the interest of children to spend hours and hours in front of the screen ... then there are the video games, which more than the tv, keeps teens glued to an even smaller screen ... could this influence? And the phones? What do you say about that? The phonemania is worse than ever ... reading? That our youth use to study hard? Hhummmnnn ... for now, let's extend the time that our young people spend in the open, on the beach, perhaps, if there is the possibility ...

a good exercise is to close your eyes, almost facing the Sun, and moving the head at an angle of 180 degrees, slowly, from one extreme to another ... if possible, at least at one end, left. or right, there must be shadow ... when the head is facing the Sun, and you have closed your eyes, the sun illuminate the eyes quite clearly ... when the head is facing the left side, or right side, where is adequate shade, lighting will decrease... this also, with closed eyes ... do it for a minute ...
then clog your eyes with your hands, look to the ground, and after a few seconds, slowly open your eyes ... Always carefully ... never look directly at the sun with open eyes, as we all know it is bad for the eyes ... another good exercise for the eyes is to read outdoor on sunny day ...

makes it for a minute, then rest for 3 minutes ... do it for 10 minutes first, then by used to it, do it for a little more time ... this is an ancient natural medicine, mixed with modern medicine ... but again, always visit your eye doctor, trust your doctor, take care of your eyes, because they deserve the best...to 1000% ... greetings

  ... until next time ...

This,
will continue! ...
